If you want something a bit more visual for the party, I also perform with a LED saxophone — it looks great in photos and video, especially once the lights go down. The LED effects move with the music, so it adds a clean, modern “show” feel without turning the night into a gimmick.

Planning your wedding in Mallorca
Booking suppliers for a wedding you can’t easily visit in person is stressful, especially coming from the UK or Ireland where everything happens over email and WhatsApp before you even land. So I try to keep my side simple. Send me your date and venue, I’ll usually reply within a day with what’s available and roughly what it costs.
Questions couples usually ask me
How much does a wedding saxophonist cost in Mallorca?
Honestly it depends on the hours and whether you want the DJ setup as well, so there’s no single number I can give here. Send me your date and rough plan and I’ll quote you properly, nothing added on afterwards that you didn’t already know about.
Can you play both the ceremony and the party later on?
Yes, that’s most of my bookings actually. We’ll usually go through the whole day beforehand so I know when to keep things soft in the background and when to bring the energy up for the dancefloor.
Do we need to sort out sound equipment separately?
Not if you go with the DJ and sax package, I bring speakers, a mic for the speeches, lighting, all of it myself. One less supplier for you to deal with.
How early should we book?
If your date’s between May and September, sooner rather than later. Summer books up fast on the island and I really don’t want you missing out because it slipped down the to-do list.
What about villas or fincas that aren’t near Palma?
Not a problem at all, plenty of my weddings are exactly that. Tell me where and I’ll work out the logistics on my end.
What kind of music do you actually play?
Depends on the moment. Jazzier, chilled stuff for the ceremony and drinks, then it builds into something with more energy once things get going. I’d rather ask what you and your partner like than run the same set every time.
Playing events here for years now
I’ve been doing this on the island long enough that I’ve genuinely lost count of the venues at this point. Around Palma and out towards Port Adriano and Portals, up in Sóller and Deià where a lot of the smaller mountain weddings happen, north around Pollença and Alcúdia near the coast, and out east towards Manacor and the coves by Porto Cristo. That’s not even close to everywhere, just what comes to mind first. Wherever your venue is, there’s a good chance I’ve either played there already or somewhere very similar.
Every place has its own quirks, how sound carries, where the sun sets relative to the terrace, that kind of thing, and after enough years you start noticing these before you even arrive.

If you’ve got a wedding planner handling things, I’m happy coordinating with them directly instead of going through you, especially in those last few chaotic weeks before the wedding. Arrival time, setup, running order, I’ll sort that with whoever’s managing the day so it’s off your list.
